Agreement
By using bookingthings, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
bookingthings provides tools for businesses to offer online booking. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
Bookings
Businesses using bookingthings are responsible for their services, schedules, and relationships with customers who book through their page. bookingthings facilitates booking but does not provide the underlying appointment services.
Free and Pro plans
Free includes up to 20 confirmed online bookings per calendar month and 3 active team members. Pro removes those limits and bookingthings branding from the public booking page. Current Pro prices are €9.99 per month or €99 per year. Review your billing interval and final total at checkout before subscribing.
Trials and renewal
The Pro trial lasts 14 days and requires a card. Creating an account alone does not start the trial; complete billing setup to begin. Unless cancelled before billing, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the interval selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Polar processes subscription payments and provides the billing portal.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
Open Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing to manage payment details, view billing documents or cancel. The billing portal shows when cancellation takes effect. When Pro access ends, Free plan limits and branding apply. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests so we can review the circumstances.
Appointment payments
A business may require a deposit for an appointment. Its displayed service, cancellation and payment conditions apply to that booking. Contact the business about appointment changes or service refunds. A bookingthings Pro subscription is separate from payments customers make for appointments.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.
Disclaimer
bookingthings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using bookingthings at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
